8Account Closure & Suspension

Sana101 may close or suspend any account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Upon instruction from a court or law enforcement authority.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may also request account closure at any time. All valid balances can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
